1. Parties and Subject Matter
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between AIReadyCheck.online ("Service", "we", "us") and the user ("User", "you") regarding the use of the aireadycheck.online website and related services.
2. Description of Services
The Service provides:
- Free Basic Analysis — a check of 5 core technical parameters of AI readiness (robots.txt, llms.txt, sitemap.xml, meta tags, SSL)
- Premium Report ($5) — extended analysis including Schema.org, content structure, FAQs, Open Graph, and generation of a personalized Action Plan with fix codes.
The analysis is for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific increases in search rankings, traffic, or other commercial results.
3. Registration and Access
The service does not require registration. The free analysis is available without creating an account. Access to the Premium report requires payment processing via Lemon Squeezy or Stripe.
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Pricing
The Premium report costs $5 USD per analysis. Prices may change; existing orders are processed at the price displayed at checkout. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
4.2 VAT for EU Customers
In accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC on VAT, the supply of digital services to individuals within the EU may be subject to the VAT rate of the customer's country of residence.
4.3 Refunds (Right of Withdrawal — Directive 2011/83/EU)
For EU consumers: you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by clicking the payment button, you expressly consent that the service execution will begin immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access to the report is granted (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
If you experience technical issues preventing you from receiving the report, please contact @dennynice for resolution.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to analyze websites you do not own or do not have permission to analyze (could be classified as unauthorized access)
- Send automated requests bypassing rate limits without written permission
- Reverse-engineer the service algorithms
- Use the service for any illegal activities according to applicable EU laws and the laws of your residence country
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software code, design, algorithms, and service content belong to AIReadyCheck. The personalized report generated for your site belongs to you and can be used for any purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Analysis results are based on technical checks at the time of scanning and do not account for all possible ranking factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIReadyCheck is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profit or data
- Damages resulting from the application or non-application of the report's recommendations
In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the respective report.
Note: Some EU Member States do not allow full limitation of liability — in such cases, the minimum admissible liability applies.
9. Service Availability
We use reasonable efforts to ensure 24/7 service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance may occur at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page. Significant changes take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, without a refund (if the violation caused the termination).
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. For EU consumers — in accordance with the law of the consumer's country of residence.
